๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ ๐: Feedback.
When working in teams or handling a product design process alone, feedback is essential for a healthy development of the product.
From my experience of designing; Brand Identity, Advert Design and Computer-Aided Design(CAD) works for my clients, getting honest feedback during design process from clients or those I feel their insight matters could be frustrating and tensed most especially when the Deadline for the job is drawing nearer and looking at your feedbacks, you know there are still a lot to amend.
Types of Feedback:
Constructive Feedback: This type of feedback helps move the design forward, it can also uncover clues to answering those open questions you may have. Both negative & positive feedback can be constructive.
Destructive Feedback: This type of feedback could cloud the way you move forward. Your design can be misled by asking unrelated/irrelevant questions which makes it difficult to understand what matters.
Regardless of getting my work critiqued, I love getting constructive feedbacks because it gives room for improvement on both my design and my skill sets.

Feedback is a nice reminder that design is a craft.
Feedback helps distance yourself from your designs so you don't get too static. (i.e Feedback can help you take a step back to see your designs from a different perspective.)
In the instance of working among designers with different opinions, skill levels and experiences, their Feedbacks helps you grow.
I learned how to get constructive feedback. (You don't need to invite everyone for a feedback. For your feedback to be constructive, it needs to come from the right people.)
I learned to "always stay on track!".
